What’s Included –


Extended Warranty for the term of your plan –

We will cover any breakdowns or faults on your unit through normal use. We will aim to get repairs back to you as soon as possible. We will provide a 50% discount on hire equipment for the duration of your repair.


One free service per Year –

You can book a free service each year to ensure your equipment is functioning as it should. This will include button changes, LED changes, firmware updates and other parts that are not functioning properly. We will also cover return carriage charges if you cannot collect in store. Parts will only be charged for if liquid / accidental damage is found.


Telephone Support –

Free telephone support for the duration of your plan. This is for hardware issues only, we cannot resolve software issues. Telephone support available 9am-6pm Monday-Saturday.

Labour charge waived for accidental / liquid damage –

Should the worst happen and you require a repair, we will waive the labour fee. You will still be charged for parts where required. If your item is beyond economic repair, you will be entitled to a 10% discount on a replacement unit,  (Manufacture MRSP or price shown on our website, Stock dependant). The hire period for any equipment loaned will end 5 days after the equipment is deemed beyond economic repair. We reserve the right to require a deposit for loaned equipment and you will be required to sign a separate hire agreement.


What’s not included –

  • Fire damage, flood damage, storm damage, loss, theft or damage to other people of property.
  • Damage caused by repairs from third parties.
  • Improper use of equipment
  • After-market modifications
  • Inbound carriage costs. You must make arrangements to get the item to us.
  • Damage caused in transit by courier or items lost by couriers.
  • Cosmetic damage, unless it cases improper function of equipment

Plans do not have to be purchased at the same time as equipment. We can offer plans for equipment brought from third parties but we will need to inspect them first.


Your household insurance may provide you with some protection – please check what is covered with your insurance provider.


This plan is only available to customers based in the UK. We will not cover any international courier costs and will only return equipment to a UK address.


Cancellation Period:

You can cancel the plan by giving us 30 days notice. This can be done at any time during your plan. You will not be entitled to a service after 1 year. No refunds will be made if a plan is cancelled early. The extended warranty will also stop once the plan has ended.



Pricing is in GB Pounds £’s.

Pricing is per unit. If you have 3 units, you will need to enter a quantity of 3.


Service plans are available for equipment up to 6 years old. Older equipment will require inspection and plans will be offered at our discretion.


The plan will commence when the first payment has been received. We may ask to inspect equipment before starting the plan to ensure it is in full working order.


Please contact us immediately if you have moved address or need to change payment details.


Payments will be taken automatically each month by our payment provider, Stripe.


This is not an insurance policy and is an extended warranty / service plan only.


Our right to cancel:

We may cancel this Plan for any valid reason. A valid reason may include, but are not limited to:

  • Where Plan payment(s) are not paid on time. If this happens, we will notify you of this. If the payment is not received (either by our second attempt to take the payment, or by you making the payment by alternative means) within 14 days from the date on which it was due, your Plan will be cancelled from the date on which the Plan payment(s) was due without the need for us to give any further notice to you. We may, at our discretion, allow this Plan to resume where a payment is made after this 14-day period, but we are under no obligation to do so.

If you use your Product to commit a crime or to allow any crime to take place, we will cancel your Plan immediately and notify you of this in writing.

Where we reasonably suspect fraud or where you have failed to provide us with complete and accurate information, we may refuse any repair request and cancel your Plan immediately. You will not be entitled to a refund. We may also take legal action against you.

If your item is damaged beyond economic repair, the plan can be transferred onto the replacement item.

Unless otherwise stated above, if we cancel your Plan we will give at least one month written notice to the last known home or email address you have provided to us.
