Items can be dropped into 19 Well Hall Parade, Eltham, SE9 6SP. Please do not bring cables or accessories unless these are part of the issue. (Power / Connections etc)
We recommend bringing your item in a box or flightcase as it will be safer and easier for us to store.

You must contact us to arrange a time to drop off.
We do not take payment upfront, payment is made when the item is collected.
We charge a £45 diagnosis fee if you choose to not have work carried out and we have quoted for parts. There is no charge if we cannot repair the item.
Return charge for courier services is £15.
We are not liable for goods in transit, please ensure your item is securely packaged if sending via courier. The original packaging is the safest way to send your item. Please also use reliable couriers such as DPD, Parcelforce, UPS and DHL. We do not recommend using Hermes or Collect+. Please securely attach postage labels and include a copy of this form inside the package.
We aim to service your item within 1-2 working days where possible. If it is likely to take longer than this, we will contact you to make arrangements or let you know before bringing it to us.
Basic service charges start at:
Pioneer CDJ’s – £45
2 channel mixers – £40
4 Channel Mixer – £55
Large format controllers – £55
Small controllers £45
For other items, we will quote as appropriate.
We will include basic service items such as LED’s and tact switches where possible, additional parts will be quoted where appropriate or additional labour is required. Firmware will updated on all USB mixers and CDJ’s.
We stock a large range of parts in our workshop and will aim to save you money where possible.
We will hold items for up to 28 days after servicing is complete. We will charge storage at £3 a day after this. Items will be disposed of or sold to cover costs after 2 calendar months of not being collected, this will begin on the date of completed repairs.

We also sell a wide range of Pioneer DJ parts in our online store. Contact us if you can’t find what you’re looking for, we will be happy to assist.

Items can also be sent into us if you are further away. We aim to get repairs done same day and can usually get the item sent back on a 24 hour courier service.

We are a family run business operating out of a unit in South East London. We have years of experience in the AV industry, mostly with Pioneer DJ equipment. We strive to complete all work to the highest standards in the shortest amount of time, so you can be back playing within hours, not weeks.
Around 99% of our repairs can be completed same day (within 24hours). This is due to the extensive parts we have in stock. Depending on the issue, we can also complete repairs while you wait. Should the part not be in stock, we will try our best to get the relevant part in the shortest amount of time possible. We will notify you as soon as we can.
We are based at 19 Well Hall Parade, London, SE9 6SP. Please contact us before bringing your item to us to make sure there are no delays.
We are usually available from 9:30am-5pm but can arrange alternative times to suit your needs. We can also carry out mobile servicing, just let us know the problems you are experiencing and we’ll bring the relevant tools and parts to carry out repairs.
We are able to repair all Pioneer DJ & Technics turntable units. Please contact us if you have equipment from other brands.
Yes – we can give back any parts that have been replaced. We can also dispose of them responsibly if preferred.
Our general servicing costs start at £45 for most units. Larger mixers and controllers cost £55. This will cover the initial diagnosis and general servicing. Parts and additional labour charges will be extra and priced for each unit. Please read the booking form for the most up to date pricing.
